Much like in a rented apartment, our guests also have their own cooking facilities, can enjoy their privacy and are provided with a high level of security.

Guests enjoy a comprehensive range of services. The following services are included in the price: Fully furnished apartment, Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, Apartment cleaning every two weeks (floors and surfaces), Change of bed linen and towels every two weeks, Use of a washing machine and tumble dryer (or a washer-dryer combi appliance), TV and Wi-Fi (excl. Serafe; see the next section and the GTCs) , All ancillary costs (heating, hot water, electricity), Stairwell cleaning and building maintenance, Postbox, Final cleaning

Additional services

You need to pay the deposit, the reservation fee as well as the first month’s rent at the latest one day before moving in. You will be reimbursed the deposit and reservation fee upon moving out of the apartment.

Yes. Our tenants have their own postboxes, so they can receive letters and parcels. You can use our rental agreement to register with the respective municipality.

Please note, however, that permanent double occupancy in an apartment would be subject to a surcharge of CHF 150 per month.

Yes, you can also conclude a tenancy agreement for an indefinite period. With an open-ended tenancy, the notice period is one month and you can terminate at the end of any month except December.
