GLANDON is continuing to expand, offering new opportunities to live wherever choose, for as long as you need. We will keep you up to date with any developments as and when they happen.

• What are the advantages of living in a fully furnished apartment in comparison with traditional apartment arrangements or staying in a hotel?

  GLANDON offers the best of both worlds. Similar to staying in a hotel, our guests benefit from top-quality service, a simple check-in process and the option of staying for only a short time. Much like in a rented apartment, our guests also have their own cooking facilities, can enjoy their privacy and are provided with a high level of security.

• What is included in the price?

  Guests enjoy a comprehensive range of services. The following services are included in the price: Fully furnished apartment, Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, Apartment cleaning every two weeks (floors and surfaces), Change of bed linen and towels every two weeks, Use of a washing machine and tumble dryer (or a washer-dryer combi appliance), TV and Wi-Fi (excl. Serafe; see the next section and the GTCs) , All ancillary costs (heating, hot water, electricity), Stairwell cleaning and building maintenance, Postbox, Final cleaning

  Additional services

• What payments need to be made before moving in?

  You need to pay the deposit, the reservation fee as well as the first month’s rent at the latest one day before moving in. You will be reimbursed the deposit and reservation fee upon moving out of the apartment.

• Can I use my GLANDON apartment as my main place of residence?

  Yes. Our tenants have their own postboxes, so they can receive letters and parcels. You can use our rental agreement to register with the respective municipality.

  Please note, however, that permanent double occupancy in an apartment would be subject to a surcharge of CHF 150 per month.

• Can I also conclude an open-ended contract?

  Yes, you can also conclude a tenancy agreement for an indefinite period. With an open-ended tenancy, the notice period is one month and you can terminate at the end of any month except December.
