Each of the 1 to 2.5-room apartments measure between 17 and 70 square metres and most of them have a balcony. Our varied range includes both traditional apartments as well as stylish premium apartments. The sophisticated furnishings and the practical facilities create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring you have a delightful stay that truly feels just like home.

Rental conditions
- Minimum stay: One month
- Notice period for open-ended tenancies: One month; can be terminated to the end of any month
- Rental deposit: between one and three months’ rent

Laundry facilities
No need to worry about a mountain of laundry – you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. In some properties, these appliances or a washer-dryer combi appliance will be situated in your apartment.

Super Lage mit sonnigem Balkon. Die Verwaltung war top, speziell Frau da Luz Balula war super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls die komplett digitale Abwicklung aller Prozesse ist vorbildlich und sehr kundenfreundlich. Wir würden wieder bei Glandon ein Apartment mieten.
