In summer, the lake offers delightful bathing spots, enjoyable boat trips and idyllic sunsets that cast a golden glow over the water. Mount Üetliberg
Mount Üetliberg – Zurich’s green paradise – offers the perfect setting to enjoy nature and be active. Whether hiking, cycling or simply marvelling at the breathtaking views of the city, the lake and the Alps, it’s the ideal place to unwind and have fun. The hike to the summit takes between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the pace. It’s obviously much quicker by train. It takes 20 minutes to reach Mount Üetliberg from the main station. A seven-minute walk takes you from the terminus to the summit.
