The 1 to 3.5-room apartments each measure between 18 and 72 square metres. When you stay in the Union Residence building, you will enjoy a first-class location that allows you to visit all of Lucerne’s famous tourist attractions on foot.

Laundry facilities
No need to worry about a mountain of laundry – you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. In some properties, these appliances or a washer-dryer combi appliance will be situated in your apartment.

Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wohlwollend. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, das man willkommen ist. Auf Anliegen wurde schnell und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Ich durfte mein Apartment kostenlos zwei Tage eher beziehen, weil keine Übergabe am Wochenende stattfand. Dies war sehr großzügig von Ihnen. Für ein erstes Ankommen in Luzern bzw. der Schweiz ist das Apartment super geeignet. Es ist hervorragend angebunden und zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung reicht vollkommen aus und ist lobenswert zu erwähnen, dass die Waschmaschine bzw. Trockner ohne Zusatzkosten inkludiert sind. Ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Martin was always really kind and quick to support and help me. I'm grateful to him. This apartment was in a very good location, and although it was in the center of the city, it was relatively quiet and easy to live in.
