The apartments each measure between 24 and 58 square metres and come fully equipped with every comfort to ensure an enjoyable stay. All apartments are air-conditioned, have electric blinds and are powered by solar power. It is possible to rent parking spaces in the underground car park.

Rental conditions
- Minimum stay: One month

The internet manage is not bad but has a lot of room to improve. Specially for people that are here working. Maybe it could be a top up over the price but something.

A small home away from home, served its purpose much better than expected. The communication was swift and pleasant, the apartment and its amenities in good condition, the space itself cozy. I would stay here again.
