The e-mail communication and the check-in and -out worked impeccable. I rarely heard any noise from the neighbours. Location with very good connection to public transport.

The place is located in a central area. Kitchen has a XXL dish machine, microwave, oven and a hugh fridge. It is a very good place to start a life in Basel, know places and discover the favorite spot.

Good apartment, clean-friendly service, and immediate help and support whenever required. Lisa always replied quickly and promptly whenever I had any queries / questions. Apartment is 10 mins walk from Basel Bahnhof and situated in a busy area with lots of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. Overall the ambience and atmosphere was excellent.
