The St. Johann building plays host to a creative atmosphere and, among other things, contains 40 furnished apartments. You could be moving into one of these soon. The modern 1 to 2.5-room apartments vary in size from 11 to 54 square metres and are stylishly furnished. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that offers you all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

I wish I could live here forever! After almost five years of being in Basel, I am very sad to go! I hope to see you all again in the near future :)

1) The apartment is very well maintained, clean and has nice furnishings. The superintendent keeps everything running smoothly and runs a very tight ship. 2) If ever I had any issues, I always received a quick response from the building manager with a solution. Customer service was impeccable. 3) Location is ideal since the tram can be accessed at St. Johann Tor and the bus from Metzerstrasse. Also very close to Kannenfeld Platz.

Stefan Franke has been an excellent point of contact throughout my stay in St.Johann. He provides timely responses, has resolved all issues and communicates properly about any challenges. I would happily rent from Glandon again.

Reinigung alle 2 Wo war immer sehr gut. Lage ist gut.
