I have always got very responsive service from Glandon representatives specifically from Fiona Schaefer. She was always very prompt in addressing my concerns (heating specifically) and she did prompt follow-ups and always with a positive and caring attitude. I felt I was taken care even though the heating was not entirely fixed nor smell entirely disappeared. Similarly out of hours service from Glandon is also very effective. Once I forgot my key inside the flat and when I realized it was after 8pm. Despite this fact I was guided properly and could enter into the flat with temp key. Overall it was very efficient and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I needed a small apartment for several months in Basel, and I was searching for a furnished apartment for my stay. I could not believe how quick and easy has been booking the apartment with Glandon. The place is in a lively and very well connected area in Basel. The small apartments are not only furnished, they are very well equipped with several appliances, and the staff at Glandon is excellent. I am already suggesting their services to my colleagues and friends that come to Basel.
