A place you can step inside and immediately feel at home. The Villa zum Schiff consists of two buildings designed for modern living, both providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first building features apartments with 1 to 1.5 rooms, ranging in size from 14 to 61 square metres. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is also a three-bedroom shared apartment with a communal bathroom and kitchen. Villa zum Schiff offers a peaceful space to relax, while the spacious shared terrace is the perfect spot to connect with fellow residents.

The second building offers two elegant 2.5-room apartments, each with 61 square metres of living space, combining modern design and comfort. The well-thought-out layout, featuring a separate kitchen and bathroom, creates a home that perfectly blends comfort and style.

• Apartment cleaning every two weeks

Rental conditions

• Minimum stay: One month
• Notice period for open-ended tenancies: One month; can be terminated to the end of any month
• Rental deposit: between one and three months’ rent
• Parking space: CHF 120 per month
