The Wabern apartment building features 15 furnished one to four-room apartments, each measuring between 22 and 110 square metres. One of the highlights of the building is the large communal terrace where you can relax and while away the hours. On the ground floor is a supermarket, which means you don’t have to go far to do your daily shopping. Rental conditions

  • Minimum stay: One month
  • Notice period for open-ended tenancies: One month; can be terminated to the end of any month
  • Rental deposit: between one and three months’ rent
  • Outdoor parking space: CHF 75 per month; indoor parking space: CHF 130 per month

  • Quick response when something is wrong with technics. Pleasant cleaners. Wake up to smell of freshly baked bread every morning (Migros downstairs). Excellent location, near Aare river, Gurten mountain, Elfenau forest, we will miss the area.
